Was Jesus the Son of God?

Curated by Sorrynomike

Aren't we all the sons and daughters of God? Here's what I know to be 100% certain in my heart right now. Jesus was perfect. It's something that our brothers in Islam I think, would agree on. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and his purpose here was to be a sacrifice for our sins, so that we could be forgiven. God is pure love and light, the only way to approach him is through Yeshua, the Christ. I think of Jesus as the best attorney in the universe. It's only through him, that I may plead my case. He has washed away all my sins and made me pure as white snow. But God will be the judge of my eternal resting place. Have I truly repented? Am I actually any different? Is there deceit in my heart? Then I pray to you lord, search it out and rebuke it from my flesh and my spirit.

In my personal belief, Yeshua is the Son of God, a central figure in the divine plan for humanity. However, I also think that a firm conviction in whether Jesus was God incarnate or a prophet might not be necessary. What is essential is the belief that He was a real historical figure who lived, died for our sins, and through His sacrifice, offered us a chance at redemption and eternal life.

After years of living on my own terms, a life-altering health scare led me to surrender everything to Jesus Christ. Through that experience, I discovered the power of faith and how God can transform even the darkest moments into something beautiful. Now, I share my journey in hopes of inspiring others to find peace, hope, and purpose in their own lives. With a background in project management and a deep passion for theology, I write to help others strengthen their faith and discover the grace and truth that only God can provide.
